And oh yes ... when the swamp is refilled ....
See the previous posting.
I had promised le rouge et le noir something pleasant in a response to one of his (and his wife's, I believe) recent comments. I happen to be a little bit of a nature freak, and the rain forests in the area wherein I reside are beautiful -- as are the natural swamps ... and one is just a couple of hundred yards north of Ocean Shores.

hello Joe,
i prefer that swamp than the other one in your previous article :) i am happy to know you think about something else than the horrible things happening ;)
but my wife is not there sadly, even very sadly. she is in iran and i join her soon (in two weeks) when i could get hollidays. so i go to esfahan, a very beautiful city as well :)
she got an english litterature master and she knows a lot about history of my country. i think more than our prime minister when he forced people to suffer to become french (one of my article).
yes she is humanistic. for the war time she knew it very well. she can remember the bombing in tehran , weapons given to saddam by us (i mean france usa ...)... what a shame! because they used the war to kill all opponents. she saw so many from her family diing after war because of chemical weapons used by saddam. some iranians are very sad the judges are not speaking about all this , the villages under chemical bombing for example.
you know even someone from her family not pro government at all was doing thesis in England and he came back to fight against saddam and died.
So yes she is very sad about wars.
and very concerned about hapiness of other. but it's her family culture as well.
so it's nice to see you live in a nice place. i'll try to put some nice picture on my blog .
take a good care
and have a nice week end,
frederic
le Rouge et le Noir -
If things go well on November 7, there just might be a change in the "swamp" for the better after December.
My fingers are crossed.
Cheers
Joe
