Blame game takes us nowhere!

Of course (in hindsight) both President Bush and former President Bill Clinton (left) probably should have been more concerned about terrorism than it seems they were ... looking back on the years 1995 - 2001 (roughly). But the "blame game" that is ongoing nonstop since ABC announced a commemorative mini-series scheduled for September 10 and 11, 2006 is about as counterproductive as anything Mediawingnuts has witnessed in years -- including the past several election years.

I'm glad that ABC is editing the mini-series to make it more accurate (supposedly), but the fact is ... what difference does it make? Americans are intelligent enough to know what is and what isn't pure politics and what is history ... I think ...

So the Republicans might stem the tide a little and pick up one or two seats in the House as a result of dishonest politicking. I'm sure there's a bit of the same kinds of shenanigans going on in the Democrats' campaigns too.

Let's calm down and let this thing unfold in its own manner and in its own time.

These same Americans voted for GWB in 2004. I have little faith in half of my fellow citizens.
