I think that the headline, "Israel Warns Lebanese People to Flee" -- in all of the main media newspapers -- says it all. Israel is either already invading South Lebanon, or is about to. The scenario marches on. I think we are at Step #16 in the scenario. The only question is whether the invasion will be a full-scale invasion, following the 'US invades Iraq' model.

Hopefully, they won't be mired in an Iraq-style quagmire -- but then the Lebanese Muslims are mostly Shiite, so they shouldn't end up in the middle of a civil war in Lebanon. But the sad destruction of Lebanon and the suffering of the Lebanese people has already begun and ... continues.
