There are Adults in the Political Arena ... Time for Paul Ryan (no relative!) to Step Aside!

Although President Barack Obama and Speaker of the House John Boehner have been blasting each others' economic proposals of late, they both know that the Government simply cannot shut down over silliness like Representative Paul Ryan's proposal yesterday to slowly do away with Medicare and Social Security. At least the two nominal leaders of their parties who represent two different constituencies (the People in Obama's case and the corporations in Boehner's case), both want a decent and fair America for their children and grandchildren.

Agreement will be reached and the two men above should get 95% of the credit.

No, despite the Pee Party/ Pee Potty/ Tea Potty/ whatever they call themselves these days, the Government will NOT shut down on Friday evening!
